I think Hong Kong needs French revolution because in Frence, Louis XVI ruled badly and his government was corrupt. And I think this case is similar to Hong Kong. In Hong Kong, there are also so many people corrupt. Although there has many ICAC in Hong Kong, that is not enough to catch the bad guys.
The five basic qualities that a good inventor might have:

2. hard-working
3. dare to try
4. common knowledge
5. learning from the failure
