Korea, is in the east of Asia. It can be divided into South Korea and North Korea. It's own speech is Korean. It's area is 220,186 km² totally. We can find much delicious food in this tremendous country.
In my group (group 4), we are going to make the korean beef and noodles.

Consumption of beef is more common among the affluent who typically eat beef several times per week; the less well-to-do consume more pork. Much of Korea's beef is domestically grown, with a total of about three and one-half million head of cattle per year, for a population of about 46 million. A popular beef dish in Korea is one of the fattiest cuts – beef short ribs.

Noodle lovers will feel right at home in Korea. The country has many noodle shops, selling products which are as good as any noodles in the world. Korean noodles are made from either buckwheat or regular wheat flour. The most prized are the thin, brownish ,buckwheat noodles which are served in soups based on beef, poultry, or anchovy stock.
